Its members include Gonnelli 1585 SRL – Frantoio di Santa Tea, producer of premium extra virgin olive oil and a historic Italian excellence since 1585; ADR La Sassellese, known for traditional Italian pastry specialties and its exceptionally soft amaretti; Lombardi Claudio, for fine pickled vegetables; Mangini SRL, producer of quality artisanal candies; and Salumificio Mannori, renowned for typical cured meats made from high-quality raw materials.
