La Gesa S.A. produces its Parmigiano Reggiano in the cheese factory Latteria Sociale Val D’Enza. Our PDO product, Organic, produced in the mountains of the Alto Appennino Tosco Emiliano with milk from Bruna cows only is distinctive for the quality of the milk (more casein, fat and proteins) and is crafted with the utmost care for every step of its production process with respect for the traditions, the environment, and the animals. The location offers a unique biodiversity and uncontaminated fodder that contributes to the flavors of this cheese and to provide an incomparable experience.
