Valserena, the oldest Parmigiano Reggiano dairy still in operation, has been exclusively dedicated to breeding Bruna breed cows, whose precious milk is transformed into the cheese known as Valserena's "Di Sola Bruna" Parmigiano Reggiano.
Since June 2016, the company's products are also certified "NO O.G.M."
Today, Valserena produces 16 wheels per day, obtained from the milk of its own cows, born and raised on the farm, fed with forage and cereals grown on the 430 hectares of property.
