Dall’Ava Bakery is the latest addition to the Dall’Ava group. Almost by chance, in the first months of 2012, a series of pleasant coincidences convinced us to embark on a new journey into the world of baked goods. Curiosity, the desire to "save" a historic bakery from certain closure and the meeting with one of the best pastry chefs in the area, convinced us to start with a few clear objectives: to give an international breath to the traditional sweets of this valley and to produce also panettone, colombe and breadsticks.
