Mila – Latte Montagna Alto Adige is a cooperative with approximately 2.600 dairy farmers. With an average of 14 cows each, the cooperative farmers graze their cows on high mountain green pastures all above 11.000 ft. and the milk will be collected daily. Within 24 hours after collection the milk will be processed in our two production facilities. In our Headquarter in Bolzano we produce: yoghurt, drinking yoghurts, fresh milk, UHT milk, fresh cream and butter. In Brunico we produce: cheese, fresh cheese, mascarpone and skyr.
