The Chamber of Commerce will present the typical food&wine products of the territory of Pavia. The Pavia-based collective revolves around the “Prince” of risottos prepared with Carnaroli da Carnaroli Pavese. The collective brand was born in 2016 with the aim of promoting this very popular variety, thanks to its unique composition and the presence of amylose that ensures a perfect cooking resistance. An all-Pavian space of taste to be enjoyed with white or red DOC and DOCG wines from the Oltrepò Pavese territory along with DOP Salame di Varzi salami and IGP Salame d’Oca di Mortara goose salami
