Tradizione Italiana Italian Food Tradition is a consortium that associates 16 leading Italian Food manufacturer companies. Its objective is to promote quality Italian agri-food abroad and support member companies in the marketing of their products in all trade channels, strengthening synergies between members at the commercial and distribution level. Tradizione Italiana represents an aggregate turnover of 3 billion euro, with an export share of 45%, and covers all the main production sectors of the Italian agri-food industry.
