The rolling hills of Traversetolo welcome the hams selected by our Italian pig farms in Viadana. Only the heavier thighs are chosen to face the long maturation of at least 30 months of Parma Ham PDO Gran Riserva La Bastia, in one of the historic Parma ham factories. Here, our hams rest in the air of the hills and dry slowly, releasing the intense aromas and sweetness that characterize this excellence of the Food Valley.
