The "L’Agrodolce" collection is perfect for an appetizer, a fresh and tasty side dish or a special aperitif. These are products: 100% vegetable, natural and without preservatives, cooked at "low temperature" under vacuum. The plus is the addition of a sweet and sour flavor, never excessive, well balanced and delicate to enhance the taste of the vegetables. There are three proposals: "Sweet and sour artichokes", "La giardiniera" and "Sweet and sour onions".
