A seasonal proposal with four versions of “Summer salads” is a must: real unique dishes, ideal for a healthy, complete and balanced meal. "The exotic" stands out for its "different" taste thanks to avocado and mint. Then “La Croccante”: diced fresh vegetables flavored with basil and quinoa. “La grintosa” is with black rice, with an aromatic flavor and which goes perfectly with the pickled sweet and sour vegetables. Finally, "La Mediterranea" with a base of pearl spelled, enriched with cannellini beans, meets a simple but tasty condiment.
