MONTELUPO is the symbolic name of alpine cow's milk cheese made with grazing mountain cattle in the Lessini Mountains as a signature of our terroir. Biodiversity made of flowers and mixed herbs spells out the quality between milk and land in the daily challenge of sharing mountain pastures between huts and wolves. It has a straw yellow colour rind, rocky texture, and minimum maturation of 24 months. Primitive, pleasantly intense lactic and aromatic. Awarded Best Italian Cheese over 24 months.
