Morbidosa is the new fresh pecorino of our Classics line, a cheese also produced with only Maremma milk, it has a very soft texture, a fresh and delicate taste, with a short maturation of about 10-15 days ( weight of about 1.300 kg)
In our opinion, a perfect cheese for every period of the year, also excellent paired with seasonal fruit and salads, characterized by a full and rich taste of our best pure sheep cheeses.
It is a very fresh and delicate pecorino, its softness is what characterizes it.
