Ruzzola di Maremma is a classic pecorino with a bowl shape, which ages from 60 to 90 days, produced only with the best Maremma milk (weight of about 1,400 kg) .We have been determined to make this product by carrying on the ancient cheese tradition Maremma; Ruzzola di Maremma therefore represents the aromas and flavors of this splendid land.
