Our Salame Felino is 100% produced with "bench mince", a precious cut which, combined with our tanning, enhances the salami's aromas and its sweet taste. We stuff it into a natural gentle casing, thicker than the common casing, to guarantee a perfect and longer than average maturation, 60 days, in our cellars.
