The Assopiemonte DOP & IGP is the association to which the Consortia of Protection of DOP cheeses belong: Castelmagno, Murazzano, Robiola di Roccaverano, Toma Piemontese and Ossolano as well as the Consortia of Baraggia Biellese and Vercellese Dop and of Salame Piemonte Igp , arises from the need to bring together small, but great in flavors, Piedmontese consortium reality. Assopiemonte DOP & IGP has among its aims to promote and make known the characteristics of the products: their traditions, the territory and the links with the farming culture that generated them.
